Q. |
I can't get on the Internet. What can I do?
|
| A. |
The first
thing to do is check the modem. Are there any lights lit on the front of it? If not, check to see if
the power cord has become unhooked from the modem or the wall. Another
corrective measure, which may solve the problem, is to unplug the power cord
(top cord located on the bad of the modem)
to the modem, wait 10 seconds and plug the power cord back in.
